For other insurance companies, I am an out-of-network provider which means I can provide a receipt (a "superbill") for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. 

Payment is due at the time of service for individuals using out-of-network benefits. 

 Session rates for private pay clients are $120 for the initial session and $100 for follow-up sessions. Sessions are 60-minutes.

A Good Faith Estimate is available upon scheduling or upon request.

I do not regularly check benefits for patients so it is your responsibility to know what your insurance plan covers for outpatient nutrition counseling.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. A $60 fee will be charged for missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24-hour notice.
