Hello, I'm Kelsey Johnson (she/her/hers).

I'm a non-diet and weight-neutral registered dietitian nutritionist located in Puyallup, Washington. 

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition specialization in Dietetics from Central Washington University and completed an accredited dietetic internship at the University of Louisiana Lafayette. 

I'm also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) from the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals Foundation.

I've recently graduated with my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University.

I have been honored to serve adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders in a variety of treatment settings. 

My nutritional philosophy incorporates Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size (HAES), Body Liberation, Self-Compassion, and Division of Responsibility.
